KYC Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. After receiving a bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount a specified number of times — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in bets before a withdrawal can be made.

  • Bonus validity periods are typically 7–30 days.
  • If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated.

  • At the member's own request.
